Our mission is to enrich Mahoning County, Ohio by promoting animal welfare through prevention, advocacy, and education.

Mahoning County Animal Advocates is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
We are in the process of starting a pet food pantry that will help prevent animal suffering, support struggling pet parents, and reduce shelter overcrowding.
We also promote responsible pet ownership in our communities by sharing information and resources through our social media and the pet food pantry.

We advocate for enforcement of current local, state and federal laws, as well as support new legislation to improve the lives of companion animals in Mahoning County.
